As soon as you enter the CMS and click on “Pages” section where your Navigation tree or Information architecture is – you will see these easily identifiable symbols or “icons” (see image on right) that are used to perform various tasks as explained below.

If you see these icons in gray (ex: 
) – it means that you cannot perform that function – either because it is not permitted (For example – you may wish to delete a page which has live pages underneath and hence cannot be deleted directly), or because you do not have the required permission to perform that task.
Once you get inside pages and start adding containers, you will see that each Text-Container has an editor where you can place your text and style it like in Word. These icons are as follows:

Bullets List
Internal Link
External Link
Remove Link
Add Anchor
